The Alt Pirineu Natural Park extends across the districts of El Pallars Sobirà and L’Alt Urgell. It is the largest natural park in Catalonia and also the one with the highest peaks. The park contains links between nature and the human activity that has configured the present landscape: traditional activities, architecture, livestock farming, woodlands and pastures.
